Cancellations

We request you to verify the design and quantity properly before placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the products are delivered to your address as set out in your order. Tiles are fragile so to make sure your returned order arrives safely.

Returning your order

If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition. Securely wrap your order to the original delivery pallet.Taking a photo of the pallet before it leaves, in case it’s damaged in transit

Your refund

Once we’ve received and checked your order, we’ll email to confirm the refund Refunds may take up to 14 working days to reach your account Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us at their own cost, we will not refund these charges and the refund will only be processed once the goods arrive in our warehouse and are fully inspected.
