DELIVERY INFORMATION

We Icon Tiles have a good range of convenient delivery service options to choose, during the checkout process you can select the option which is right for you. Deliveries usually take 3-4 working days between 8am to 6pm from the date you placed the order, if the tiles are in stock.

If the tiles are out of stock, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If you require an AM, PM or the delivery slot of your choice we can arrange that with extra charges. Please let us know when you place the order.

Sample orders

We can also arrange if you want to check samples through post. samples will generally take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.

Pallet Deliveries

Large orders over 20kg will be delivered on 18-tonne trucks with tail lift capabilities and are strictly kerbside deliveries. The standard pallet deliveries are estimated with in 2-10 working days.

We have options like Next day, Day specific and Saturday, which you can choose at the time of placing the order within Uk.

Hazards may occur e.g., lifts, uneven or gravel paths etc if that happens the delivery will have to be made the nearest alternative location to the delivery vehicle. Charges may apply depending on size of delivery.

Parcel Deliveries

All small items under 20kg will be sent out via parcel courier and practically delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery updates will be provided via email and text once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Next Day Deliveries

Order placed before 12Pm will be shipped the following working day.

Orders are delivered via one of our delivery partners.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm.

If you are not available at the time of delivery at your deliver address, the courier will leave a calling card to re arrange the delivery directly with the courier.

So, make sure to be at the delivery address and sign for your order.
