Damaged Product

For online sale outgoing deliveries, all our products checked and packed carefully to ensure that you receive the product in perfect condition.

Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged. All goods must be checked by the customer on receipt of goods.

If you encounter any damages, please forward a photo of the damaged tiles or flooring and Email them to [email protected] subject "Damages" along with your order reference number
